A Kotinda courier picks up your parcel at one address and delivers it to another, within Pointe-Noire, right away. Same rate as meals, live tracking, handover against a code.

How it works
Six steps, from sender to recipient.

In the Kotinda app: where the courier picks up the parcel, where to deliver it, and the parcel size.

Choose who pays
The sender at pickup, or the recipient on delivery. In cash or by Mobile Money.

Share the code
You receive a 4-digit handover code: send it to the recipient.

The courier picks up
A Kotinda courier comes to collect the parcel at the pickup address, right away.

Track it live
The route is shown on the map. Need to talk to the courier? Call from the app, without sharing numbers.

Handover against the code
The recipient gives the 4-digit code and the courier hands over the parcel.

1 000 F up to 3 km
then + 200 F per started km
The same rate as a meal delivery. Examples: 2 km, 1 000 F; 3.1 km, 1 200 F; 7 km, 1 800 F.
This is an estimate: the exact price depends on the actual route, calculated by the app.
Payment and handover

In cash or by Mobile Money.
Your choice: the sender pays at pickup, or the recipient pays on delivery.
🔢 Handover code
Every shipment has a 4-digit code. The sender passes it on to the recipient.
The courier only hands over the parcel to the person who gives the right code.
Prohibited items
For everyone's safety, Kotinda couriers do not carry:
- Cash, jewellery and high-value items
- Weapons, ammunition, sharp objects
- Drugs and prescription-only medicines
- Dangerous, flammable or explosive goods (gas, petrol…)
- Live animals
- Another person's identity documents
