Where do you deliver?
Within Pointe-Noire, where Kotinda is in early access.
How much does a delivery cost?
1 000 F up to 3 km, then 200 F per started kilometre, for a meal or a parcel alike. Estimate your trip.
How do I pay?
On delivery, in cash or by Mobile Money. For a parcel, either the sender pays at pickup or the recipient pays on delivery, as you prefer.
What is the handover code for?
Every order has a 4-digit code. The courier asks for it at handover: without the right code, they keep the order. For a parcel, the sender passes the code on to the recipient.
Can the courier see my number?
No. You call each other from the app, without sharing your numbers.
What parcel sizes?
Small (envelope, bag) and medium (box) go by motorbike; large parcels go by car.
What can't be sent?
Cash, jewellery and high-value items; Weapons, ammunition, sharp objects; Drugs and prescription-only medicines; Dangerous, flammable or explosive goods (gas, petrol…); Live animals; Another person's identity documents.
Do you deliver groceries?
