From order to office, in six steps:

- Enter the address: your location or an address in Pointe-Noire. The total price is shown before you order, delivery included.
- The restaurant confirms: it accepts the order and gives the preparation time.
- A courier picks it up: the Kotinda courier closest to the restaurant takes the job.
- Track it live: the courier moves across the map with an arrival time, and a notification lets you know when they are close.
- Pay and receive: in cash or by Mobile Money, then give your 4-digit handover code.
How much does delivery to the office cost?
Delivery costs 1 000 F up to 3 km, then 200 F per started kilometre, depending on the distance from the restaurant to you.

How do I pay when I'm at the office?
On delivery, in cash or by Mobile Money: nothing to pay online.

What do I see in the app before ordering?

What is the handover code for at the office?
Every order has a 4-digit code. The courier asks for it at handover: without the right code, they keep the order. So your meal is only handed over to the person who gives the code, even if the courier arrives at reception.

What if the restaurant doesn't respond?
